There are three  business models on amazon .
1. Private label .
2. FBA wholesale.
3. Online Arbitrage .

                                        Private label(PL): 





 Private labeling means the brand belongs to your company. Private  label is about creating your own brand and products. 

Product hunting in PL:
Identify a niche or product category that has demand but is not oversaturated. Use tools like Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or AMZScout to analyze product demand, competition, and pricing.




Sourcing in PL:
Find reliable suppliers, usually from countries with a strong manufacturing base like China.
Platforms like Alibaba are commonly used to connect with manufacturers and negotiate terms.



Product Customization: Work with the supplier to customize the product to your specifications, including packaging and labeling. Ensure the product complies with Amazon's policies and quality standards.


Brand Creation: Develop a unique and attractive brand name, logo, and packaging. Consider registering a trademark for your brand to protect it.


Amazon Seller Account:

  • Create a seller account on Amazon if you don't have one already.
  • Choose between an Individual or Professional seller account, depending on your sales volume.
  • Listing Creation:

  • Create a compelling product listing with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, and relevant keywords. Optimize your product listing for search engine optimization (SEO).

  • Pricing Strategy:

    • Set competitive prices based on your cost, market research, and profit goals.
    • Monitor and adjust prices based on market trends and competition.
    • Launch and Marketing:
    • Use Amazon PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising to promote your product. Encourage reviews by providing excellent customer service and following up with buyers.
